Founded in 1976 by Donald O. Olson and Kathleen Baldwin, the company began by focusing on developing and manufacturing irrigation products for agriculture. After a few years and based on the evaluation of the then-existing landscaping market, it became apparent that there was a need for new and innovative drip irrigation solutions. As a result, the company decided to add landscape irrigation devices to their product offerings
